One very special 2026 Adventure Pack includes a Minister’s Special Licence for a Hay-Zama wood bison hunt.

The Minister’s Special Licence is not separately available for purchase. It is included only in one 2026 Adventure Pack and is subject to all applicable restrictions, terms, conditions, Minister’s requirements, and Alberta hunting rules.

Bylaw 1379-25

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 1379-25.

The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described asPart of NW-35-105-15-W5M. The property is currently zoned Agricultural 1 “A1” and is proposed to be zoned as Country Residential 3 "CR3" in order to accommodate future subdivision and development of multi-lot country residences with single - detached dwellings.

The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2025 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours. To attend virtually, one register with the Manager of Legislative Support Services at (780) 927-3718 or by emailing office@mackenziecounty.com as per Bylaw 1363-25.
