Government of Alberta Seeking Feedback on Draft Subregional Plans
The Government of Alberta is inviting public feedback on the draft Red Earth and Caribou Mountain subregional plans.
Subregional plans provide proposed direction for how land, water, natural resources and recreation may be managed within identified areas. The draft plans include proposed land-use designations, policies and mapping that may apply across a significant portion of Mackenzie County.
The plans are currently draft proposals. Mackenzie County encourages residents, landowners, businesses and other interested parties to review the plan documents and maps to understand the proposed policies and how they may relate to their area or interests.
