Notice of Public Hearing - Proposed Bylaw 1335-24

News | May 3, 2024 Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw 1335-24. The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described as Plan 202 1350, Block 03, Lots 1-25, at the La Crete Golf Course. This property is currently zoned Country Recreational “CREC” and is proposed to be rezoned as Country Recreational 2 “CREC2”in order to allow for the development of duplexes. The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours.
