Proposed Bylaw - 1414-26

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 1414-26.

The proposed bylaw is to repeal Bylaw 406/04 which was an Area Structure Plan for a future residential subdivision on NW-5-106-15-W5M. The subdivision was amended and the Area Structure Plan is no longer required.

The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours.
