Discretionary Use Development Permit Decisions
News | September 29, 2021 The development permits listed will come into effect on October 20, 2021. If you are negatively affected by these decisions, you can submit an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board in writing, containing a statement of the grounds of appeal, in person or by mail. The appeal fee is $290 and must be included with the appeal. You have 21 days from this notice to submit an appeal, which is October 19, 2021. Appeals must be submitted to:
