The Tompkins Crossing Ice Bridge is now OPEN for the season with a maximum capacity of 5 tonne effective Friday, December 12, 2025 at 2 PM. Crossing the ice bridge is open for light traffic only. Please use caution when crossing the Ice Bridge and travel at the posted speed limit. Do not cross the Ice Bridge with a load that is over the capacity posted.
Crossing the ice bridge with a load that is over the limit jeopardizes the safety of yourself and others and could lead to the ice bridge closure due to damage repairs.
