Notice to Residents - Mail Disruption

Due to the Canada Post negotiations, mail delivery to and from the County may be experiencing delays. To ensure that residents and businesses receive utility bills and payments for services, Mackenzie county is encouraging residents and businesses to consider the following options:

Vendors/Suppliers

• Email Accounts Payable payable@mackenziecounty.com to sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer payments;

• Contact Accounts Payable at 780-927-3718 or via email to request payment pick up at Fort Vermilion, La Crete, or Zama office. Pick up available at High Level office, Tuesdays only.

Utility Billing

• Sign up for e-billing or pre-authorized payments cwiebe2@mackenziecounty.com

• Contact any County office for outstanding balance

Taxation

• Sign up for pre-authorized payments

• Contact any County office for outstanding balance and payment options available

Please note that Penalties will still apply for all late payments.
