An announcement for the NEW Golf Cart Bylaw 1377-25.
Anyone wishing to operate a Golf Cart must:
Must have a valid vehicle operators license
Complete registration form at a County Office to obtain a golf cart permit, to be displayed on the cart
Registration Requirements - $60 Registration Fee
Drivers License, proof of insurance, colour, make model & serial number of golf cart, # of seats & if fuel or electric powered
Operate on designated streets in La Crete and Fort Vermilion only, as per golf cart bylaw (maps provided upon registration)
Be subjected to fines for contravention of the Golf Cart Bylaw
The Golf Cart Bylaw 1377-25 has been approved and will soon be available to the public on our public portal.
