One very special 2026 Adventure Pack includes a Minister’s Special Licence for a Hay-Zama wood bison hunt.

The Minister’s Special Licence is not separately available for purchase. It is included only in one 2026 Adventure Pack and is subject to all applicable restrictions, terms, conditions, Minister’s requirements, and Alberta hunting rules.

News | July 3, 2024 Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw 1341-24, 1342-24, and 1343-24. 1341-24 | The proposed bylaw is to repeal Bylaw 1024-16, which was an approved road closure on the west side of Part of NW-11-106-12-W5M to allow for an access request, that is no longer required. 1342-24 | The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described asPart of NW 12-105-15-W5M. This property is currently zonedAgriculture “A” and is proposed to be rezoned asRural Country Residential 3 “RCR3” in order to allow for the development of 11 estate-like residential lots. 1343-24 | The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described as Part of NW-04-106-15-W5M. This property is currently zoned Hamlet Residential 1A “H-R1A” and is proposed to be rezoned as Hamlet Residential 2 “H-R2” in order to allow for the development of row housing and duplexes. The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue).
