Notice of Public Hearing - Proposed Bylaw No.1280-23

News | February 15, 2023 Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw 1280-23. The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described as part of NW 24-107-14-W5M.  The property is currently zoned Agricultural “A” and is proposed to be zoned as Rural Industrial General “RIG” in order to accommodate a metal salvage business.https://mackenziecounty.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Ad-Map-Bylaw-1280-23.png The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 7, 2023 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue).
