Notice of Public Hearing - Proposed Bylaw No.1265-22

News | October 26, 2022  Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw 1265-22. The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described as Plan 882 1687, Block 12, Lot 15 in Zama City within Mackenzie County, to accommodate a Retail - Liquor Use. The property is currently zoned as Zama City – Residential Business “Z-RB” and is proposed to be zoned as Zama City – Mixed Use “Z-MU”. The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on November 15, 2022 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours. Written submissions may be received prior to 4:30 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2022 to:
