Bylaw 1374-25

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the first reading of Bylaw No. 1374-25. The proposed bylaw is for the partial road closure and sale of 0.414 ha of road allowance adjacent to NE-30-106-15-W5M. The purpose of the proposed bylaw is the closure and purchase of road allowance for consolidation into the adjacent property.

The Public Hearing will be held at

1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025

in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). As per Bylaw 1363-25 Procedure and Conduct for Public Hearings, virtual attendance is permitted.
